Roxy’s Approach

How do we cultivate real vitality in ourselves, our relationships, our jobs, and our work? What does it take for our organizations and communities to be simultaneously successful, innovative, and equitable? How do we sustain hope that this is possible?

In my work, organizations and individuals receive support for transforming ineffective, maladaptive, and dehumanizing patterns, cultures, and systems to achieve their goals guided by their deepest values. Leveraging innate human capacities for empathy, creativity, healing, and problem solving, my work brings functionality and robustness on levels from the internal to the systemic.

I offer guidance in creating positive change empowered by empathic connection to what matters most which allows for transformations sourced from acceptance, compassion, and celebration rather than shame, guilt, or punishment.
