NVC for All – A Nonviolent Communication Foundations Course

Over eight sessions, we’ll cover the fundamental concepts of Nonviolent Communication. While we explore the four steps of the basic NVC model, we will include strategies to integrate awareness of power, privilege and social inequities designed to decrease the likelihood that the model will perpetuate existing social inequities. We will look at ways to use Nonviolent Communication to lift up and discuss inequities when they exist, rather than contribute to silencing and erasure.

Join this “Train the Trainer” series. Leveraging innate human capacities for empathy, creativity, healing, and problem solving, my work brings functionality and robustness on levels from the internal to the systemic.

I offer guidance in creating positive change empowered by empathic connection to what matters most which allows for transformations sourced from acceptance, compassion, and celebration rather than shame, guilt, or punishment.
