9-day residential retreat (IIT) in Brazil: June/July 2025

We welcome you to join us for this residential retreat in São Roque, State of São Paulo, Brazil from 23-Jun-2025 to 02-Jul-2025. We envision that this event will help you bring authenticity and harmony into all areas of your life. We hope that you will discover skills that will help you improve the quality of your relationships, deepen your inner peace, and increase your contribution to the world!

This 9-day immersion experience into Nonviolent Communication (NVC) will offer learning sessions, home groups, coaching and feedback from skilled trainers, and a community environment where you can learn and practice the key skills of NVC.

Our team of Certified Trainers will share both the core curriculum of NVC as developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, as well as their own unique applications. We expect a group of approximately 80-90 participants (in addition to the trainers and organizers) from different countries, cultural backgrounds, professions and walks of life.

People around the world are using Nonviolent Communication skills to transform conflict, create resilience in their relationships, and build a world where everyone’s needs matter and are met collaboratively.

We will create a dynamic learning laboratory that will show you how to create a more compassionate and peaceful culture in your life at home, at work, and in your community by learning how to:

1. Speak from the heart
2. Practice deep, non-judgmental listening
3. Build self-empowerment from the inside out

The cost of this training includes two components: 1) Tuition; and 2) Room and Board.

TUITION (USD)

We want to enable as many people as possible to participate in an IIT, regardless of their financial position. At the same time, we care that the cost of organizing the event is covered, CNVC (as a sponsor for this training) is sustainably funded, and that trainers and organizers can be adequately remunerated. Holding care for all these elements, the tuition fees have been set as follows:

• $2,175 – Early Bird (make your payment through 12-Feb-2025) – convert to another currency
• $2,495 – Standard (13-Feb-2025 and after) – convert to another currency

• 10% if you participated in (and paid for) a previous intensive training with CNVC
• 10% if you have been a Supporting Member of CNVC for 6 months or more.
• 15% for registered Certification Candidates
• 25% if you are an active Certified Trainer with CNVC – Note, that there is also a limited number of tuition-free spaces available for Certified Trainers, granted by a committee. For more information, contact us.

REGIONAL TUITION FEE

If you are a full-time resident of any of the Latin American countries, you qualify for the Regional Tuition Fee:

• $ 1,100 – Early Bird (make your payment through 12-Feb-2025) – convert to another currency
• $ 1,300 – Standard (13-Feb-2025 and after) – convert to another currency
• Note: The Regional Tuition fee cannot be combined with the discounts listed above.

ROOM AND BOARD (USD)

This magical IIT will be held at the Espaço Natureza Arco-Íris. It is located in a place with a cool mountain climate, in São Roque, São Paulo, just 50km from the city of São Paulo, amid exuberant nature, in a large area of ​​35,000 m2. Composed of beautiful landscapes, it is an invitation to interiorization, peace and inner balance.

Room options include:

• Single Room: R$ 540,00 x 9 days = R$ 4.860,00 (approx. USD 895) or R$ 5.103,00 paid in up to 6 installments
• Double Room: R$ 415,00 x 9 days = R$ 3.735,00 (approx. USD 655) or R$ 3.922,00 paid in up to 6 installments
• Triple Room: R$ 394,00 x 9 days = R$ 3.546,00 (approx. USD 640) or R$ 3.723,00 paid in up to 6 installments

Notes:

• Room and Board payments will be collected by the Venue upon arrival
• Room and Board prices include your room and all meals throughout the event beginning with dinner the first day and ending with breakfast the final day.
• Room types are limited, and will be allocated based on the date of payment.
• If you choose a double room, you can choose your own roommate(s) or we can assign them based upon any preferences you have.
• Bed linen and towels will be provided for all rooms.
